Maintenance Option

Our trailer maintenance option helps you reduce costs by not charging customers cents per mile.

Rental maintenance (short term)

  • We cover tire and brake wear/replacement, occurring from normal wear
  • We cover repairs, including parts and labor, occurring from normal wear
  • We Cover federal, state, and provincial DOT inspections

Leasing maintenance (long term)

  • You manage all maintenance and service on your leased trailers
  • You won’t be charged cents per mile for trailers
  • You won't be billed for major repairs & damage repairs

All trailer maintenance must follow our lease repair standard and maintenance guidelines

NET TRAILER MAINTENANCE OPTION

With our net trailer maintenance option, you simply bring the trailer back to the location stipulated in the trailer rental or lease agreement with the same amount of aggregate tread/brake wear and in the same condition as it was rented or leased and no additional cost will be assessed.

Preventative Maintenance

Customers perform required preventative trailer maintenance and DOT or provincial inspections.

Tire Replacement


Replace normally worn tires

Brake Replacement


Replace brakes due to normal wear

Parts Replacement

Replace any parts worn due to normal wear, as needed. All repairs must meet our Trailer Leasing Standards.

MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS

All required maintenance must be performed by a qualified, licensed service facility. You are NOT allowed to perform these services yourself. Customers are required to perform preventative maintenance either every 3 months or 24,000 miles (whichever comes first).
